Q1, I received Nexto, but LCD has a scratch?

A1. All Nexto Drive's LCD is protected by a thin film. Use your nail to peel-off protective film by one side of corner.


Q2, Nexto OTG (ND-2300/red case) doesn't mount under Mac OS 10.4.10.

A2. Fix incompatible issue with Mac OS 10.4.10. Download firmware (v1.23). you will need a PC to apply this
firmware. *Not intended to use with Nexto OTG Xpress.
